Property Tax/Rent Rebate Assistance

Need assistance filing for your 2024 Property Tax/Rent Rebate from the Commonwealth? FREE help is available at my local offices and at a series of clinics listed below. 

The Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program benefits eligible residents 65 years and older; widows and widowers 50 years and older; and people with disabilities 18 years and older. The income limit increased again this year to $46,520 for both homeowners and renters. Remember to exclude 50% of Social Security when calculating income. The maximum rebate is $1,000.

Seniors for Safe Driving event 

Friday, May 2

During the seminar, a safe driving instructor will discuss communicating with drivers, risk management, airbags, sharing the road, road signs, signals, pavement markings and more. All seniors 55 and older who attend the seminar will receive a certificate for a minimum of 5% off their auto insurance for three years.
